This privacy policy applies to the Android apps Dumplings: Magic Unboxing and Dumpling Fitness.
Dumplings: Magic Unboxing
Local game data
The app stores game progress, collection placement and a local premium-entitlement cache on the device. Google Play is used to restore purchase ownership. This data is not uploaded to a developer server.
Photos and camera
Magic Photo mode opens a camera app selected by the user. The photo is processed locally so the user can position the Golden Wish dumpling. A finished image is saved to Photos or Gallery only when the user chooses Save. The app does not upload photos to the developer or an app server.
Advertising
The free experience uses Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. The app configures child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent treatment and a maximum General audience ad-content rating. Privacy choices are requested through Google’s User Messaging Platform.
The optional premium purchase removes in-app advertising after ownership is confirmed.
Purchases
The premium product is sold and processed by Google Play. The app receives product, transaction-state and purchase-token information required to confirm, acknowledge and restore the entitlement. The developer does not receive full payment-card details.
Optional usage measurement (Magic Unboxing 1.4.3 and later)
Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand app usage and assess acquisition campaigns. Analytics collection is off by default. A parent or guardian can explicitly enable it in Parent Zone → Optional usage measurement, and withdraw consent there at any time. Refusing or withdrawing does not limit the game. The adult check is performed locally; no birth date is saved or transmitted. This choice is separate from Google AdMob privacy options.
After opt-in, the SDK can process first launches after installation or reinstallation (first_open), sessions, engagement, SDK-detected purchase and advertising events, basic app/device information, IP-derived approximate location and pseudonymous SDK-generated app-instance/installation identifiers. These data are not fully anonymous. We do not set a named user ID or upload photos, collection contents, birth dates, names or email addresses for Analytics. Advertising ID and SSAID collection, automatic screen reporting and personalized-ad signals are disabled in this version. The app also removes Android Advertising ID and AdServices advertising permissions.
The Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account for conversion measurement, with personalized advertising disabled. We do not use this implementation to create remarketing audiences. Advertising consent categories remain denied, which can limit attribution and conversion export; optional Analytics consent is not consent to personalized advertising.
Consent is stored locally and excluded from device backup/transfer. Withdrawal stops future Analytics collection and resets local Analytics state/identifiers. It does not automatically erase records already received by Google. Contact the developer about deletion requests and applicable privacy rights. Google-held data is governed by the configured retention settings and Google privacy controls. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Dumpling Fitness does not include this Analytics integration.
Dumpling Fitness
Dumpling Fitness stores the unlocked collection and completed-movement count locally on the device. It does not require an account or request internet access, camera, microphone, body sensors, precise location or health-platform data. It does not upload exercise activity. The timer records only that an in-app countdown completed and does not observe or verify the user’s body or performance.
Data retention and deletion
Local app data remains until the user clears app storage or uninstalls the app, subject to device backup settings. Saved photos remain in Photos or Gallery until the user deletes them. Google Play and advertising data are retained under Google’s policies and user controls.
Children and privacy rights
The apps are designed to be understandable to children. A parent or guardian may contact the developer through janandel.cz about a child’s information. Depending on location, users may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date.
